Export Compliance

Simtech procures parts, materials and assemblies from suppliers and exports them to commercial and military customers throughout the world. We also facilitate the import and re-export of parts needing overhaul or repair. Simtech’s Export Management and Compliance Program is designed to ensure compliance with all U.S. export controls. All Simtech employees are directed to place the utmost importance on an understanding of and compliance to export laws and regulations. No sale under any circumstances will be made that violates or potentially violates U.S. export regulations and laws.
